What We Provide
EdgeWyze LLC builds native macOS menu bar apps for developers and teams. Each app has its own specific terms and privacy policy available on its respective website.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use our products in compliance with applicable laws. You may not use our products to violate any third-party rights or to interfere with any service.
Intellectual Property
EdgeWyze products and their source code, design, and branding are the property of EdgeWyze LLC. Your license grants you the right to use the products, not to copy, modify, or distribute them.
Limitation of Liability
Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable license.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Minnesota.
General
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining terms still apply. These terms represent the entire agreement between you and EdgeWyze LLC. We may assign our rights under these terms; you may not assign yours without our consent.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
